I was interested in trying different digital filters on this photo, so my variations and descriptions are below. Unfortunately I failed to adequately keep track of what I did to accomplish each variation. I would love to learn of your techniques for noting changes in each variation of a photo.
-original is the unedited file out of the camera. I wanted to use a long shutter speed to show the streaks from falling showflakes, but these streaks can only be seen when looking at the front doors.
-2. The Photoshop oil paint filter brush settings were all in the "5" range.
-graduated_filter. Uses the Nik Color Efex Pro filter, with the "graduated filter" preset.
-oil_paint-Topaz. I can't remember what was done in Topaz :-(
The Nik Color Efex Pro filter was used, with the "vignette" preset.
-solarization. The Nik Color Efex Pro filter was used, with the "solarization" preset.
-tonal_contrast. The Nik Color Efex Pro filter was used, with the "tonal contrast" preset.
-vignette. The Nik Color Efex Pro filter was used, with the "vignette" preset.
